THe Ergowear MAX XV Thong has a well designed pouch and a wide logo elastic waistband on it, making it feel snug but comfortable at the same time.

  • 89% Polyamide 11% Spandex.

My partner and I decided to put together this store out of our love for underwear, and how good they can make a guy feel. I call him the "UnderWizard" jokingly, but he really knows his stuff! Over the years he has garnered quite a collection of styles, and some of which are no longer around, sadly.  Once I got into it, I began to realize how fun it could be, as well as sexy - especially when shared together. Between the two of us, we have quite a large amount of undies, and yet it is still fun and exciting to order a new pair and wait anxiously for them to arrive! 

How this relates to you is this: We want you to share in that feeling when it comes to menswear, and build a relationship of trust that will bring you back. We are doing this out of a place of passion, and we always want to show that in our products and service. We set ourselves apart from other places by the styles and brands that we have chosen, and are willing to learn and grow with customer demands and style changes - but this is our store, and we wish to carry our image with it.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds for any items.

FACTORY DEFECTS

If there are factory defects with any of the products, we will gladly exchange the item, and the return shipping is on us. Please take a photo of the defect and send it to support@underwizards.com.

Please keep in mind that the tag MUST be attached to the item for the exchange.

WRONG SIZE

Please carefully read each item's size chart to choose accordingly.

In the event that the item does not fit as expected, please send the item(s) back within 7 days of receipt in the same condition and (individual) packaging as received, including any tags.

Send us an email at support@underwizards.com and specify which size you would like in exchange. If the size is unavailable, you will be given store credit.

We regret we cannot accept returns for refund or exchange for different items.

For the exchange, please email us first, and we will instruct you where to send the item.

Mistake happen, so in a situation where we have mistakingly sent you the wrong item, please  contact us within 7 days of the delivery. The wrong/mistaken item must have the product tag still attached. We will pay for return shipping and get your correct item to you asap.
