WRONG SIZE

We totally get it! Sometimes the sizing just doesn't fit our bodies - no worries though, we will work together to find you the best size for you!

Please carefully read each item's size chart to choose accordingly.

In the event that the item does not fit as expected, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. The returned item must be in the same condition and (individual) packaging as received, including any tags.

Send us an email at support@underwizards.com and specify which size you would like in exchange. If the size is unavailable, you will be given store credit.

For the exchange, please email us first, and we will instruct you where to send the item.

WRONG ITEM

Mistake happen, so in a situation where we have mistakingly sent you the wrong item, please  contact us within 7 days of the delivery. The wrong/mistaken item must have the product tag still attached. We will pay for return shipping and get your correct item to you asap.

FACTORY DEFECTS

If there are factory defects with any of the products, we will gladly exchange the item, and the return shipping is on us. Please take a photo of the defect and send it to support@underwizards.com.

Please keep in mind that the tag MUST be attached to the item for the exchange.

REFUNDS

If you are completely unsatisfied with your order, we will 100% refund you the price of the item. Please contact us with your issue and we will work together to get it resolved.

When returning items, please choose a shipping method that has a tracking number, and email us with it. Once it is moving within the mail system, we can send you exchange, or issue the refund, depending on your situation.
