We do not offer refunds for any items.
If there are factory defects with any of the products, we will gladly exchange the item, and the return shipping is on us. Please take a photo of the defect and send it to email@example.com.
Please keep in mind that the tag MUST be attached to the item for the exchange.
Please carefully read each item's size chart to choose accordingly.
In the event that the item does not fit as expected, please send the item(s) back within 7 days of receipt in the same condition and (individual) packaging as received, including any tags.
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and specify which size you would like in exchange. If the size is unavailable, you will be given store credit.
We regret we cannot accept returns for refund or exchange for different items.

Mistake happen, so in a situation where we have mistakingly sent you the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery. The wrong/mistaken item must have the product tag still attached. We will pay for return shipping and get your correct item to you asap.
