Here are some of the most common, frequently asked questions that we get from customers. We take this pretty seriously, so please feel free to contact us if you need to! 
  • Where are the size charts?

          Each individual product in the store contains the size chart - within the product photos. Scroll through the images, and you will find it! 


          

          

  • Where's my stuff?!

          We work very hard here at UnderWizards to make sure that your order is processed and shipped out, same day, or next. We use USPS, and they have had a tough time in 2020, delivering items on time. Typically, if there is a delay at all, it arrives the next business day. Always feel free to reach out to us if you have an issue!

 

 

  • My item shows delivered, but I do not have it... What do I do now?

          We always encourage customers to check with neighbors, a front office if you have one, or a mail room in your building, that sort of thing. Additionally, many times, the postal worker will scan the barcode of your package before actually being present to deliver it. We do not know why they do this... If none of the possible areas that it could have been placed apply to your situation, then we recommend taking the next step. Contacting your local post office.

 

 

 

  • I still can't find my package, even the next day... Now what?

          Locate your tracking number from the email that we sent when your order had shipped. Take this number to your local post office, and ask them to look into what is causing the issue. The are good at investigating and tracking issues. Please contact us here at UnderWizards and let us know what is going on, and we can work together to resolve the situation as fast as possible!

  • How do I return my item for an exchange or store credit?

          As long as the item(s) are unused and the manufacturer tags are still attached, we can gladly exchange your item for you, or even offer you store credit if you are unsatisfied.

To send the item(s) back, simply repackage them in a polybag or packaging of your choice, and purchase a shipping method that has tracking. Once you have the number, simply email it to me, and I will send out your replacements the same or next day. As long as I can see that it is moving within the mail system, there's no need for you to wait for your replacements!
